The need for Real Estate agent has come into fore with the remarkable growth in the Real Estate Business. In the past one agent used to provide services to both seller and buyer but as the real estate market changed people started to realize that specialized service is more logical and beneficial. It is the duty to discover a real estate proper of buyers choice as an agent of buyer. The real estate agents of the buyer should negotiate with the seller for best market price.

So if seller and buyer are represented by their own specialized agent then both agents can play a partial and specialized role for their client.

If there is one real estate agent for both seller and buyer, it is only natural that he would fail in providing specialized service to both the parties. Both buyer and seller require different type of services. It is, therefore, felt that there should be a specialized service in the process of buying and selling to get impartial specialized service by both buyer and seller.

The role of specialists in the world of real estate has assumed importance which was not there in the past at all. The industry is witnessing a blast of agents with specialized qualities representing sellers or buyers as they require more services. Since there is only one client who is going to bother them, these specialist agents can provide quality service and maintain complete impartiality during the transaction.
